For the most accurate analysis and recommendations we request 1) access to your Quickbooks Online account, and for the margin audit we request 2) product costs and prices for each channel you sell in. It’s fine to send us a spreadsheet you’ve created with your costs!

The Financial Assessment Service can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to complete depending on how quickly you provide the requested information, and calendar availability.
The process looks like this:
1. Book Financial Assessment & Pay Deposit
2. Upon Booking you’ll receive a Questionnaire and Instructions for sharing Quickbooks Access & Product Cost Information.
3. When your responses and information are received we’ll send you a link to schedule your 90-minute strategy session.
4. Sarah will take about 2 weeks to complete the process, starting with the in-depth Quickbooks Audit. She’ll email you with any questions.
5. You & Sarah will meet for your strategy session
6. Final reports, interactive tools & a recording of your session are provided within 1 business day of your meeting. -
This service was initially designed for businesses that have been in business for at least 6 months, but we have found that it provides great value to founder who are in the process of launching.
Below is information on how this service differs for pre-launch businesses.
1. The Quickbooks audit - won’t be completed because you don’t have financials yet2. Tailored Financial Reporting - can be created and you can share the outline with your Bookkeeper.
3. Product Margin Diagnostic - Pre-launch is the perfect time to do this!
4. Financial Evaluation - won’t be completed as intended in the original service but Sarah will review your Financial Forecast and Assumptions to provide feedback.
5. 90-minute Strategy Session - is included to review all of the above and provide recommendations.
