PROFIT ANALYSIS + PLANNING
We’ll look at your Profit + Loss Statements for the last 1-3 years to understand how your business has been performing, identify any seasonal trends, and to understand your growth over the last few years. We’ll chat 1-on-1 to review our findings + initial thoughts, talk about your revenue projections, investments and other plans for the coming year, and discuss your profit goals.
Then I’ll get to work creating a Profit Plan that will guide our work throughout the year.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR COSTS
I’ll create an ingredient database so you can quickly + easily compare product quality + costs across all vendors and ensure you are making the best purchasing decisions for you biz.
Then we’ll calculate your recipe costs and ensure that every product is priced for profitability.
STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION + FOLLOW THROUGH Based on your current workflows + systems we’ll develop and implement strategies to ensure that you consistently reach your cost targets.
Monthly financial analysis and review of Key Performance Indicators allow me to help you stay on track, course correct quickly whenever necessary, and identify areas for additional profit improvement.

Who is the Profit Program a good fit for?
The program is best suited for businesses that:

Would like assistance in creating an annual budget + profit plan, and could benefit from 30-minute financial check-ins each month

Have food cost, pricing, strategic food sourcing or related projects on their to-do list but never seem to have time to get to them
do you offer additional levels of service within the program?
Yes. I am excited to offer three levels of service to choose from within the Profit Program!
Each level offers access to all of the same services + benefits, but the higher levels offer more time for custom services and 1-on-1 consultations each month.
Level 1: $850 / month
Level 2: $1,275 / month
Level 3: $1,700 / month

Every business is different and will enter the program with a different set of goals + needs. For some, financial changes will be dramatic and for others small but significant.

What will my time commitment be?
Money is important, but time is our most valuable resource!
The long-term consulting program is designed to take some of the work (and pressure) of building a profitable business off of your shoulders and give you more time to focus on doing what you love.
Here is the time commitment most business owners can expect:
Budget + Profit Plan Creation: 3 hours
The budget creation process is completed within 1 month. I’ll develop the budget after a 1-hour info gathering + goal-setting meeting, then we’ll review it together in detail, and have one final meeting to review any changes or edits to the budget.
Monthly financial check-ins: 30-45 mins per month
Each month you’ll send me your P+L Statement and confirm the meeting date + time for our check-in. I’ll review the financials, prepare a report + analysis for the meeting and present it to you with strategy recommendations.
Strategic Implementation / Ad Hoc Consulting: 1 hour each month
Depending on the program option you choose; you’ll have access to up to 15 hours of full-service consulting services each month. That’s up to 15 dedicated hours for recipe costing, assisting with strategic food sourcing, creating financial models to help with your next big decision… you name it. All I need from you is the essential info to get the work done, and I'll take care of the rest.
