After I discovered that one of our most popular items was losing money
every time we sold it, I set out to learn the costs of every dish + to make sure they were priced right.

The process was eye-opening!
There were several dishes that needed price increases, a few that we removed from
the menu because proper pricing made them expeeensive, and
some that were just fine.

We’ll gather all of your ingredient + cost information from your vendors (or comb through your receipts if you’re shopping retail) so we have accurate cost information for our work.

Next…

RECIPE COSTING
We’ll calculate the costs of each of your products or menu items in our Recipe Costing tool.

Later we’ll use the tool to calculate the suggested retail and/or wholesale prices for your products and determine final pricing.

Then…

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
Taking into consideration the operating + labor costs for your business, your projected sales and the newly calculated costs to produce your products, we’ll determine the right target food cost percentage for your business and the appropriate prices for your products.
