Broccoli Flowers

It's February in Southern California, which naturally means that all the Spring veggies have sprung! 

While shopping the market last week with Chef Shanti Medina of Forks & Vinyl, she fell hard for all the flowering greens and the beautiful citrus that is still bursting with flavor on the farmer's market tables and I can't blame her!

Here are some of my favorite photos from the market this month, starting with Moro Blood Oranges, California grown Bananas + Papaya...
